Today will end up as one of the coolest in the 8-day forecast with highs near or at 80.
There is a huge area of hot air covering much of the lower 48 states. Parts of Nebraska were up over 110 degrees yesterday. That hot air is pressing east and will start to really invade Connecticut Friday. There will be a big increase of humidity too!
All eyes are on Debby too as Florida cleans up. Debby will be tracking over the warm gulf stream waters and try to strengthen back to Tropical Storm force this weekend. Right now, the track takes Debby away from Connecticut. Stay tuned!
