June was overall a cool and rainy month here at my station in Hamden. The first week featured really cool days around the 4th and 5th, with high temperatures only in the low 60s. And low in the upper 40s! Throughout the rest of the month high temperatures were frequently only in the 60s and 70s. In fact it took until the first day of summer June 20th before it got above 90. Despite the cool month there were 5 days total above 90. From June 20-22 and from June 29-30.

Highlights from the month:

Highest Temp: 95- June 20

Lowest Temp: 48- June 5

Avg Temp: 66.7

Total Rainfall: 6.39

Max Daily Rainfall: 2.05 - June 2
