Update:
Heat wave was reached at Bradley airport on Sunday with the high of 91 degrees! It was the third heat wave of the summer.

Original article:

The temperatures the last three days here at my station in Hamden were 87, 89, and 89. So a heat wave was not reached at my location.

At the official weather sites Bridgeport reported 91, 89, and 93, and Windsor Locks reported 88, 90, and 92. Once again because of one day in the 80s both official sites missed out on a heat wave!
