We finally got some rain across Connecticut from late Sunday afternoon through early this morning. Amounts did range greatly, with the Norwalk/Westport area getting close to 2 to 3. The Greater New Haven, and New London area's got between .50 and .75.  The least rain occurred in far Northern Connecticut around .25", with Woodstock only getting .04"!!

The rain certainly will help the dry conditions we have been experiencing the last few weeks, in most areas of the state, we are stil running about 1 to 2" below normal for July!
