As Gil mentioned earlier this morning, heavy rain will pound parts of CT today.
Right now, it looks like some very heavy rain is moving through northern CT.
Localized flooding can become a concern along the CT/MA border as some downpours move through. Any flooding should be localized to poor-drainage areas.
Periods of rain will continue to impact the state for the next several hours.
A solid shield of moderate to locally heavy rain in southeast NY will pass through the state through early afternoon, so pretty much everyone can except some wet weather late this morning and into the early afternoon.
