Tracking the Dangerous NY Storm

A dangerous storm produced an unconfirmed tornado in Elmira, NY, near the Binghamton area. There were reports of numerous trees down, roofs blown off houses and people trapped in buildings.
The storm has weakened very slightly, but is still a dangerous storm.
The current projection takes this storm towards the NY/CT border and reaches that area around 7 p.m., give or take a half hour.
This is a dangerous storm and widespread wind damage is expected with it.
The big question is, how strong is that cell when it reaches CT?
