I was driving home on I-84 today around 5 PM, when I happened to spot this in the distance. I got off the highway at exit 23 (Brass Mill Center). This was shot looking north using the less-than-ideal camera on my phone. The storm that produced this brought heavy rains to the area (causing flash flooding in many areas) and lots of lightning. There was no wind to speak of.
