I'm still amazed how mornings continue to be warm and muggy here, while everyone around me is dry and in the 40s and 50s.
From Bridgeport southward (NYC metro coast) it's mid to upper 60s early in the morning. This isn't the first time either.
As we sit and watch Isaac there's really nothing going on around this area.
Did you know Miami, FL has not had a high temp of more than 2 above normal in the last 7 weeks? I'm hearing from people in Florida it's been cooler than usual for summer. So I checked the departures for the Southeast for the last 14 and 30 days, and sure enough, its been cooler than normal down there.
