With winds at 40 mph on the morning of 9/4/2012, Tropical Storm Michael has been born. Will it be a threat to land? Not the east coast of the US that's for sure. Either way, we'll be keeping a close eye on it as it continues to stay east of us and Bermuda. Check out the latest info on this storm.
