Fall Colors Emerging in Northwest Connecticut

The leaves are starting to turn colors accross the state. I was at Session Woods trails in Burlington this morning and snapped this picture of some color splashes at the beaver pond area. I also noticed a few colors driving back along I-84 from Southington to Waterbury. It's still quite early for any peak color, as that will be in mid-October in the Northwest Hills to late-October at the shore!
