It was a sunny morning with temps in the upper 60s for a WXedge fall foliage hike at Sleeping Giant state Park in Hamden. Me, Nick DiGiovanni and Scott Cimini walked the tower trail to observe the fall colors. As you can see in the above picture there was plenty of color to see. At the top however, some of the trees were bare.  The park was quite crowded today as others apparently decided to take advantage of the great weather!
