Above is the latest National Hurricane Center Outlook for Sandy.  As of the 5am outlook, the storm has intensified!  Don't let the image fool you!  While the "cone" isn't covering Connecticut, the worst weather will likely be felt across the state!  Winds are expected to gust to hurricane force across the state.  The rough stuff will start around 8am this morning along the shoreline, and about 11am for inland.  This high wind will last into tomorrow morning across much of the state...especially along the shoreline!
