The stalled system is proving to be a bit more of an issue as northerly winds keep the snow at bay " BAND OF ENHANCED RADAR REFLECTIVITY"-SPC. Initial models showed the rain moving in quicker, before nightfall, which would have allowed for the melting of any snow, but as the sun sets and temperatures drop the reality is that the snow will stick around, although slower in intensity...
