A good amount of weather to talk about over the next handful of days so let's just get right into it!  Happy Black Friday first of all.  Today, we're still expecting to squeeze out one last nice and mild day before a much cooler forecast arrives in the form of a cold front tonight.  Check out the video above to see the timing of this front.  Clouds will be on the increase as the night progresses, but you don't have to worry about any clouds today...these will all roll in tonight after sundown.  There is not a lot of rain associated with this front, so I doubt anyone will see more than a few light sprinkles tonight.  Once this front passes during the pre-dawn hours tomorrow, much cooler weather is behind it.  The 540 line dips way south, 850 temps drop well below freezing, and breezy conditions will persist throughout the weekend with a strong troughiness in our area.  We'll continue to cold air advect this weekend, before things become zonal, and a bit less frigid next week.  I still think we'll remain below average for temps this coming work-week.

The next weather moves through on Tuesday into Wednesday.  The models are all over the place with the location, track, intensity, even precipitation type so this one we'll have to keep a close eye on.  The lastest GFS model run showed this storm coming earlier, being colder, and having less moisture associated with it.  The good news with this is that there would be less water falling from the sky...the bad news is that it could cause a more wintry forecast for the middle of next week.  Quincy wrote a great article explaining the different models, and you can check it out by CLICKING HERE.
