November 2012 Mean Temp Breaks Streak & Enters Top 10

Looking at November temperatures for BDR.  Not only was the above normal montly streak broken (20) but…. November 2012 was 10th coolest on record. It was the coolest November since 1997.

Also notice the 1990s dominated cold Novembers. On the other side of the coin, 4 of the warmest Novembers have been after 2000. it’s only the 1st  time after 2000 we were in the Top 10..

1996 was the coolest. 1975 was the warmest.

Top 10 coolest Novembers were

1996       40.7

1967       41.1

1951       41.2

1962       41.2

1995       41.6

1972       41.8

1997       42.2

1986       42.3

1976       42.4

2012       42.7
