What a busy weather pattern we've got over the next few days.  Things will get much more boring the middle of next week, but this weekend, and the start of next week will be a bit busy.  Earlier this morning, we did have some rain that moved through...now a cold front is expected to move through tonight.  The good news is that we're in the "warm sector" of the storm that passed by earlier.  The bad news is that we'll stay mostly cloudy through the afternoon, with just a bit of brightening.  Tonight, a cold front will pass us, but there's not a lot of moisture associated with this frontal passage, so we're only thinking a few scattered showers during the overnight tonight.  If you have dinner plans today, things will be dry.

Then things get complicated for the second half of the weekend.  While we'll remain dry for the day on Sunday, before a warm front lifts north and increases the chances for showers.  The first shot at rain will be with this front on Sunday night into Monday morning.  Then we should be dry for a while on Monday, before a cold front passes Monday night into early Tuesday morning.

Unfortunately this front will hang up, and it looks like a low might ride this front and cause some rain Tuesday afternoon.  The models are starting to agree in the increased chance of rain for Tuesday.  After that, things will be much cooler, but high pressure will be building in. This high will wedge itself right over us, and push any storminess to our north or south, making it sunny from Wednesday-Friday before clouds and stormy weather return for next weekend.

As of right now, doesn't look like any snow chances in the next 8 days!
