The 4pm surface numbers across Connecticut continue to be widely varied as you can see on the image above.

At this point, everyone is cloudy and foggy with many areas at or below a quarter mile. Any rain that is falling is very light and isolated.

But the big difference state-wide is the temperature...places like  Willimantic and Danbury approaching 60 degrees while Bradley Airport is still stuck in the upper 40s.
