It's been just rain locally here, but out in Minneseota there has been a lot of snow!

Minneapolis recorded 10.5 inches, which was about half of what fell all of last winter. It was the 4th heaviest snowfall in December in 137 years, actually!

In Sacred Heart, MN., 17" was recorded!  In addition, temperatures were around 10 degrees with wind chills near zero!
