The National Weather Service has issued a Storm Watch for NW CT, as a system moving in on Wednesday could deliver moderate snowfall. While one model paints a quick changeover to freezing rain/rain, there is a lot of cold air and winds are northerly. I'll be updating this tomorrow night...Have a Merry Christmas!
