Check out the video above to see the New Years Eve forecast around the state.  I think everyone will drop below freezing and will see black ice out there.  Temps this afternoon are expected to get above freezing so with the melting snow today, it'll be slippery tonight.  Overnight lows expected to be in the 20s, but with the windchill it'll feel much colder!
