Last night we recorded -3 in Litchfield. -2 in North Haven, and -2 in Torrington, and it looks like we are on track to get as cold, tonight. In addition we have very fast NW gusts as a High to the west and a Low south of the state keep the winds active, and that will be keeping those wind chill values as cold as -10. Clouds build tomorrow, but that storm is tracking well south of the state. A few flurries, some minor accumulation. A high pressure system hold over the weekend. and some rain/mix returns next week along with temperatures in the 40's.
