Wow, so it was COLD this morning and the past couple days. It was crazy! Even on the shoreline we saw temperatures almost near 0! Now, a lot of people were talking about the snowstorm on Friday, mainly earlier this week, like Monday and Tuesday when there was the potential for a significant snow event. Well that's incorrect now. Lots of things have changed, and the models have came into agreement that we will NOT see a significant snowfall event.   Like all snow events, things could change, but I think we will see mainly 1 inch across Connecticut with maybe a little more near extreme south-central and southeastern CT.   There may be an isolated 2 inch total as well in that area, but most of the moderate to heavy precipitation will stay to our south.

Stay tuned to and be sure to follow me on Twitter @ctweather1.

Oh and also I would like to say that there we won't see any mixing precipitation like sleet or freezing rain.
