Today was a pretty nice day, but as we began to reach the afternoon, lake effect snow bands were coming down into parts of Connecticut and New Jersey.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
I don't really think this is a big deal at all. This trend should continue throughout until about 7 or 8 PM with lake effect snow squalls. Some of these snow squalls have been reported VERY HEAVY via Twitter. Be alert for a quick snow squall here and there. Because there are several heavy snow squalls in Connecticut at this time. At 5:15 PM there was moderate snow in Guilford and it was accumulating. Be sure to Tweet me your reports!
