6 more weeks of winter or not?? I guess groundhogs don't have texting because the consistency was certainly not there. Phil has not seen his shadow, which means that winter is over and Spring will come soon. Chuckles the groundhog has not seen his shadow, which means we have 6 more weeks of winter!
