In the watch area, the NWS expects...

-Wind gusts up to 50 MPH inland, 60 MPH at the shore.
-Blowing and drifting snow, creating dangerous travel conditions.

As of 4:55 a.m. Thursday, all of central and eastern Conn. were under a Blizzard Watch.
