Here's what you can expect if you're trying to go out and about today.  We're talking about some light flurries this morning, but the steadier heavier snow picks up as the morning moves on.  by noon we're talking about 1-3" of snow on the ground across the state, but it's this afternoon that things really are expected to pick up.

Between noon and 4pm, the really heavy snow starts falling.  By 4pm, you should be in place, and expect to not get out for the duration of this storm, which will be until around noon tomorrow.    Here's the dayplanner for this afternoon:
