Thanks to Wolcott Mayor Tom Dunn and the DPW crew for taking time out of their busy schedules to give you an inside look at how they are able to consistently be one of the first towns in Connecticut to have their roads passable after a snowstorm, even in the Blizzard Of 2013. I wrote, directed, filmed edited, and produced the story, and I want to thank Quincy Vagell for his assistance in posting it.
