Disappointing!! That's all I have to say about this storm. Unfortunately, most of the forecast models were showing that this storm really wouldn't be a big deal, with the exception of the GFS forecast model. At the last minute, most of the models turned around and significantly upped the totals, especially for Eastern CT. Here are some of the "highest totals" I've seen so far.
