We've got a wind advisory that's been issued by the NWS for gusty winds from 10am-midnight tonight. It will be very windy out there, and there will be a lot of blowing snow for the places that saw any snow this morning, mainly Eastern CT.
Checking out the latest grid data, at 925mb the winds will be above 50mph throught the day. Tonight we could see even more winds, sustained at 25mph+ and gusts could be higher than 50mph. This will cause seriously cold temps tonight and into tomorrow morning. Take the temperature in Southeastern CT tonight. With temps in the low teens, it will feel like -10 degrees!!
