Hello everybody!
This storm looks like a miss from the model runs. It looks like a high pressure will keep this away from Connecticut and make a big impact for North Carolina and go far out to sea. That is at least what all of the models have been saying so far. Of course, these are going to change in the upcoming days as this could change into a snowstorm if the high pressure stays farther north. That would help get this storm up closer to the Connecticut and cause a fairly big snowstorm.
Stay tuned for more updates. Also, just giving a heads up that in the long range GFS model, it is showing two possibilities for storms. On that would go right into Connecticut and another that would be the ideal track for snow. This is a heads up.
Thanks for tuning in!
-Jake
