Winter continues in Litchfield County

It may be March, but winter is still going strong in Litchfield County! Yesterday I drove up to Burr Pond in Torrington. At over 1,000 feet elevation, there was still almost 10 inches of snow cover on the ground. In addition the pond is still completely frozen, and many folks were out ice fishing!
