Yesterday, believe it or not, temperatures were a few degrees ABOVE average!   Many reported mid to upper 50s, with a 60.3 degree reading at Bishops Orchards in Guilford!  There were a few showers last night, but it will be mainly sunny today, with highs in the mid to upper 50s.  Tonight will be the same, clear, with lows around 30.  Tomorrow will be the same, but just a little bit cooler.  Highs will be in the low to mid 50s.  But if your going to any special Easter church services, it will be a little bit chilly, so be sure to bundle up.  However, after about 3 or 4 in the afternoon, showers will begin to move into western Connecticut.  Most of the day will stay dry, but clouds will increase as the day progresses and showers will begin to move into the state.   Overnight on Sunday, a period of steady rain is likely, with possibly a period of moderate to heavy rain.  A few rumbles of thunder are possible as well.  The rain will move out of the state by Monday morning, although in eastern Connecticut, there could be a few scattered sprinkles.  Monday night there could be some light rain, occasionally mixing with light snow, especially in northern Connecticut.  Little or no snowfall accumulation is expected.  The day on Monday looks to be partly sunny.  The temperatures
will be in the lower to mid 50s, but, Tuesday and Wednesday, colder temperatures are coming, with highs in the 40s.
