We missed that massive low that moved through the SE state and up the eastern seaboard...once again Mother Nature favored CT!

With that said, we have fast winds coming out of the NW, gusting up to 25mph, so as skies clear up it'll make tonight a chilly night. Lows will range between the upper 20's and low 30's. Tomorrow will be a gorgeous day with lots of sunshine, and highs in the mid 50's, but northwesterlies will be brisk--gusting up to 25mph. be sure to enjoy your Saturday, even if it is a work day, because much of next week will be unsettled with a series of systems moving through by late Sunday. I've left the mostly cloudy icon in the forecast on Sunday, but we may see a scattered shower. Monday is mostly dry until the afternoon/evening hours then moderate showers for Tuesday. We could see a passing shower on Wednesday, but by Thursday more rain returns and it looks like thunderstorms for late Thursday overnight into Friday. As of right now next Saturday looks mostly clear.
