Was There a Tornado in CT on Sunday?

There was talk about a possible tornado in Ledyard on Sunday. 

The images came from Homebrewtvnews and appear to show some type of funnel. The real question is, was this an actual tornado/funnel cloud or just a lookalike scud cloud?

We'll attach a couple of more images so you can take a closer look for yourself.
