The fourth named Tropical Storm of the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane season is Dorian.

As of the 5 p.m. Wednesday advisory from the National Hurricane Center (NHC), former Tropical Depression Four was upgraded to Tropical Storm Dorian. Dorian has maximum sustained winds of 50 MPH. The storm is forecast to continue moving west-northwest for the next several days, while maintaining Tropical Storm strength.
