At 12 a.m. temperatures were falling through the 30's in most towns.
Windham Airport was the coolest at 33 degrees, but with dew-points in the low to mid-20's, light winds and clear skies, temperatures will continue to fall. Many outlying areas are most likely already below freezing as of midnight.
