Gil Simmons celebrates after taking a plunge into cold water at Quaddick Lake in Thompson, Conn.
Gil Simmons and many others took an icy cold dip to help cure Muscular Dystrophy.
The event took place Thanksgiving morning at Quaddick Lake in Thompson, Conn.
Over $700 was raised thanks to Gil's viewers, friends and other supporters. Although Gil said the water was very cold, he had a great time getting out there to support finding a cure.
