Light flurries and snow showers have been reported across much of interior Connecticut. Temperatures are generally above freezing, so there has not been much if any accumulation so far.

Occasional light snow and flurries will continue across mainly northern Connecticut. A few flakes or rain drops could impact southern areas. Temperatures as of 3 p.m. ranged from 33 degrees at Windsor Locks to 43 degrees at Bridgeport. Since some of the higher terrain of northwestern Connecticut may be at or below freezing,
some areas could pick up a coating of snow between now and 6 p.m.

Moisture along a frontal boundary will weave in and out of Connecticut. Additional precipitation is forecast to develop across the area later tonight and into Saturday morning.
