SPC: 1-2''/hr Snowfall, Possible Lightning

The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) expects 1-2" per hour snowfall rates across Connecticut, with the heaviest snow falling between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. They also say that lightning may accompany the heavy snow.
After 10 p.m., they expect a transition from snow over to sleet and freezing rain.
